What Liveverse provides

Liveverse helps businesses choose, set up, and govern AI workers for business workflows. Some work is delivered through software, connected tools, and AI systems. Some work may be delivered as a managed service.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate setup information, business rules, policies, and tool access.
• Review and approve worker permissions before connecting sensitive tools.
• Use Liveverse only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

AI worker limits

AI workers can make mistakes. Liveverse designs workers with permissions, approval gates, logs, and human fallback, but we do not guarantee error-free outcomes, uninterrupted service, or a specific revenue result. High-risk actions should require human approval.

Payments

The current public pilot has no setup fee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Subscriptions are charged in USD and start only after setup and proof review. Taxes may apply. Card payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Liveverse does not store full card numbers.

Integrations and access

You are responsible for authorizing any connected email, CRM, calendar, phone, payment, or business tool. You may revoke access, but doing so may limit or stop the worker.

Intellectual property

Liveverse owns its platform, brand, worker templates, prompts, process designs, and software. You keep rights to your business data and content, subject to the access needed to provide the service.

Legal review

These are starter terms for the current MVP and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before larger production use, regulated workflows, or enterprise customers.
